HR OFFICER
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. CHRP certification is an added advantage.
- Strong background in HR audits, surveys and training development.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or HR consultancy setting. Proven experience in business development, client management or consultancy growth initiatives..
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance and multi-sector HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage people, lead with influence and solve complex HR challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, mentorship and commercial acumen.
