Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, skilled in data tools, and an effective communicator.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources.
- Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments to gather data needs and deliver insights.
- Ensure data integrity through validation and quality checks.
- Automate repetitive data processes where possible.
- Stay up to date with analytics tools and techniques.
- Support basic predictive modelling (e.g., forecasting, regression).

Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

Experience:
- 2–3 years in a data analysis or similar role (3+ years preferred for sector-specific experience).

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and cloud/ETL tools is an advantage.

Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.
