LEGAL OFFICERS
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and ensure compliance
• Draft and review legal and loan documents
• Support recoveries and prepare notices
• Liaise with external lawyers and handle litigation
• Conduct due diligence on borrowers and securities
Must Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Post Graduate Diploma (KSL)
• Minimum 4 years’ legal experience in financial services with credit/debt recovery exposure
• LSK membership
