Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our
internet services to both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting tailored solutions, closing sales,
and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals,
and networking.
● Present and promote internet packages and digital services to prospective clients.
● Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions that meet their
connectivity requirements.
● Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
● Maintain strong after-sales relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
and referrals.
● Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to the
Sales Manager.
● Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure timely
installation and customer satisfaction.
● Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to boost
brand visibility.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in the internet, telecom, or technology
industry.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
● Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
● Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
● Must be willing to travel or work in the field.
