Royal Mabati Factory Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality roofing and steel construction materials, is hiring a Tele Customer Care Associate to deliver exceptional service to customers nationwide.
Role Overview:
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, follow up on complaints, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure an outstanding customer experience in line with company standards.
Qualifications:
➡️Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service, Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
➡️1–3 years’ experience in customer service or a contact center environment.
➡️Proficiency in CRM tools (Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, Zendesk).
➡️Excellent communication skills in English & Kiswahili.
➡️Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Core Competencies:
➡️Professional handling of high-volume calls.
➡️Accurate logging of all customer interactions.
➡️Complaint resolution within set SLAs.
➡️Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs.
➡️Upselling and cross-selling where relevant.
