FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR

SALARY: KES 25,000 + Commissions
LOCATION: NAIROBI CBD

All candidates must:
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in retail development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in selling electronics is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to generate sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
