Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing (tech or HR consulting experience is an added advantage).
• Strong skills in social media content creation and storytelling.
• Ability to design basic creatives for digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management tools & analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
• Experience in webinar and event coordination with partners.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, email, and blogs.
• Design and develop creative content, including posts, newsletters, graphics, and videos.
• Drive sign-ups on the Pundit Space platform through targeted campaigns.
• Generate quality leads for Workforce Africa and Pundit Space services.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize ROI.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and other marketing activities in collaboration with different partners.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
