ADMIN / CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions
- Handle company petty cash
- Support in debt collection
- Schedule company meetings and ensuring they are well run
- Help in handling walk-in clients
- Maintain up-to-date records for administrative purposes
- Follow up with clients after purchases to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Co-ordinate internal communication for meetings, reminders & announcements

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in PR or any Business related course
- 2-3 yrs of hands-on experience in similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
