Property Sales Advisor

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years’ Experience in sales.
• Must have knowledge of CRM usage preferably ZOHO
• Proven strength in the ability to grow sales and develop clients’ relationships
• Entrepreneurial Nature Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Pleasant personality, articulate, trustworthy & confident, Good negotiator
• Knowledgeable about the real estate industry
• Strong organization skills, with excellent attention to details and to dates.
• Flexibility to adapt to change in priorities.

Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell properties to prospective clients.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new sales leads and convert them into customers.
• Attend exhibitions and events to generate leads.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
