QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG, preferably with direct store delivery or route sales.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Demonstrated success in field sales, customer relationship management, and merchandising implementation.
- Strong product knowledge, able to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to diverse customer audiences.
- Effective selling skills, including needs identification, benefit articulation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Strong customer relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Creative problem-solving capabilities that address sales challenges.
- High degree of personal integrity, professional ethics, & commitment.
