I’m looking strictly for referrals for a Senior Sales Associate – ICT & ELV Solutions role at Bakyson Enterprises Ltd.
Location: Nairobi (with regional travel)
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and manage client relationships across hospitality, real estate, corporate, healthcare, and education sectors.
• Recommend suitable ICT/ELV solutions (CCTV, HSIA, IPTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.).
• Work with Presales/Technical teams on proposals.
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales/Marketing, ICT, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ B2B sales experience (ICT/ELV background is a strong added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• CRM knowledge (Zoho/HubSpot) is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
