ASSISTANT CHEF
The Assistant Chef will support the Head Chef in meal preparation, execution, and kitchen management.

Duty Station: Veteran Mission Hospital
Application Deadline: 24th November 2025

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Head Chef in daily meal preparation and plating.
• Prepare special diet meals under supervision.
• Ensure food quality and consistency for all patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.
• Support the Head Chef in supervising waiting staff and trainees.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional kitchens.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition and hospital dietary requirements.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work in a team.
