Our client, SUN Mobility — a global pioneer in battery-swapping technology — seeks a Customer Support Executive to handle rider and fleet partner queries, provide real-time technical assistance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
🎓 Diploma/bachelor’s in business administration, IT, or related field
💼 5+ years’ experience in customer support, service desk, or technical helpdesk
⚡ Background in IT, systems support, or mobility/EV industry a plus
🗣️ Fluent in English & Swahili
