CHEF -NAIROBI
Our client in the hospitality industry seeks to recruit for a Head chef.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchen environment.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene is an added advantage.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in the use of Ms Office Suite.

- Inventory and cost Management
- Food quality and safety
- Quality control

Gross Pay: kes 45,000
