A fast growing and reputable real estate brand is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with
proven experience of 4 years + in real estate and social media content creation is urgently needed
to shape the visual identity of high-end developments, working closely with a dynamic
marketing and sales team to create compelling content for an affluent property market.

*Responsibilities*
▪️ Design high-impact marketing materials — brochures, flyers, pitch decks, billboards, and
digital ads
▪️Create engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
▪️Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on branding and property campaigns
▪️Ensure consistency across all brand visuals and digital platforms
▪️Edit short videos/reels for property showcases and testimonials
▪️Contribute creatively and strategically to enhance brand presence.

*Qualifications*

 Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or
Marketing & Design
 Certifications in branding, video editing, or digital marketing are an added advantage
Skills & Experience
 Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in real estate
marketing
 Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or luxury brand work
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and similar
tools
 A clean, modern, and elegant design style with attention to layout, typography, and
storytelling
 Ability to produce high-quality carousels, infographics, reels, and short-form content
Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
 Video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
Photography or knowledge of interior staging
 Experience with content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer
