BRANCH MANAGER

TAL Sacco Society Limited wishes to recruit a competent individual to fill the position of a Branch Manager.

Job Purpose:
The office bearer is expected to provide effective leadership and oversight of branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery, business growth, and regulatory compliance. Notible will be one deposit mobilization, loan portfolio growth, member recruitment and retention, and increased uptake of ICT products, while maintaining good corporate social responsibility, and ensuring cost-effective branch performance in support of the Society’s strategic objectives.

- Branch administration
- Customer Relationship Management
- Branch Corporate Governance
- Management of the Branch Human Resources

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Business strategy implementation skills
- Analytical skills
- Good presentation skills
- People skills
- Marketing/Credit Management and customer care skills
- Extensive knowledge of Sacco Operations and Safa Rules and regulations and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in either Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics/Entrepreneurship
- At least CPA FSA 1 and above
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in a banking sector will be an added advantage
- Aged 35 years and above
