ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER

Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership ability
• Creativity and attention to detail in all marketing materials
• Experience in graphic design or content tools is a plus
• Loyal, confident, and committed to brand integrity

Key Competencies:
• Support the Marketing Manager in implementing strategic marketing plan
• Manage daily marketing operations and team coordination
• Assist in planning and execution of digital and traditional campaigns
• Supervise social media, online ads (Meta, Google), and content delivery
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Help in organizing events, exhibitions, and CSR activities
• Participate in media interviews and promotional activities
• Contribute to content creation and voice-overs for brand marketing
• Manage customer relationships and respond to inquiries
