SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER – REAL ESTATE (LAND SALES)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.
- Marketing and Promotion.
- Sales Execution.
- Market Research and Reporting.
- Customer Relationship Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in real estate sales, preferably in land sales.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

SALARY KSH 15,000 + COMMISSION
