Restaurant Chef

Description

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Chef to join their kitchen team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about food, skilled in preparing a variety of dishes, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality meals consistently
Ensure proper food presentation, taste, and portioning
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in menu planning and recipe development
Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and maintain kitchen order
Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

At least 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant chef in a busy restaurant
Knowledge of various cuisines is an added advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality
