SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER – REAL ESTATE (LAND SALES)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.
• Marketing and Promotion.
• Sales Execution.
• Market Research and Reporting.
• Customer Relationship Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in real estate sales, preferably in land sales.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

SALARY KSH 15,000 + COMMISSION
