Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 3-5 star hotel environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
