We’re Hiring: Sportsbook Product Lead – Nairobi, Kenya 🚨
Gross Salary: KES 400,000

Are you an experienced sportsbook professional with a passion for delivering world-class betting experiences? We’re looking for a Sportsbook Product Lead to drive operational excellence across Kenya and other African markets.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead the Resulting & UAT Teams to ensure accuracy and platform reliability
✔ Oversee daily sportsbook operations—market creation, pricing validation, odds monitoring & settlement
✔ Drive promotional execution in collaboration with Marketing, CRM & Design
✔ Onboard new sports, leagues, events & betting markets
✔ Ensure regulatory compliance and responsible gaming standards
✔ Partner with Product, Tech, BI & CX teams to optimize performance
✔ Track key KPIs and generate actionable insights
✔ Improve customer engagement and sportsbook experience

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Minimum 5 years’ experience in sportsbook operations, trading or product management
🔹 Strong knowledge of betting markets and African betting behaviour
🔹 Proficiency in Excel, BI tools & analytics
🔹 Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
🔹 Passion for sports, betting & customer experience
