QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Education
2. TSC registration and a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role in a reputable school.
3. Strong understanding and experience in implementing the CBC curriculum.
4. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage school operations, staff appraisals, and learner performance.
6. High integrity, innovation, and commitment to child-centered education.
