Job Position: Deputy Head Teacher

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Act as the Principal’s right-hand in managing school operations.
- Oversee & guide the development & management of school timetables, calendars, and staff workloads.
- Foster a safe and engaging environment for staff and students.
- Champion teaching and academic excellence.
- Serve as a steadfast advocate for student wellbeing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A passion for student welfare, discipline, and all-around excellence.
- Registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
