KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
- Maintain a strong, consistent brand across channels
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new products
- Coordinate industry event participation
- Lead and support the sales & marketing team

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related
- 5+ years in marketing management (food processing)
- Skilled in digital marketing tools & platforms
- Strong communication, analytics & project management skills
