Our client, a specialized moving company offering high-quality services within Kenya and worldwide is seeking to fill the role of a Move Consultant – International Moving

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will act as the primary client liaison, advising on destination regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. He/She will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of international relocations for corporate, diplomatic, and private clients.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Handle client inquiries and conduct pre-move surveys (physical & virtual);
▪ Prepare and present competitive international moving quotations;
▪ Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the moving process;
▪ Coordinate with operations, overseas agents, customs officials & shipping lines;
▪ Advise clients on destination regulations, documentation & customs processes;
▪ Provide exceptional service to corporate, diplomatic & private clients

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
▪ Degree or Diploma in Logistics, International Relations, Business or a related field;
▪ Background in logistics, freight forwarding or customer service (preferred);
▪ Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients, including high-profile diplomatic and corporate stakeholders.
▪ Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
▪ Excellent planning, coordination & organizational abilities;
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools;
▪ High attention to detail & a customer-first attitude;
▪ Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure
