HR Intern - Adept Technologies Ltd
Adept Technologies Ltd is an end-to-end data solutions provider that transforms how businesses connect with their audiences through seamless customer experiences and actionable insights. They are seeking a tech-savvy HR Intern to support all HR and operational functions, with focus on learning and development, project support, and culture building in their technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: -
• People Operations & Culture Builder: Support recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, coordinate with other departments, handle HR queries, and foster inclusive culture
• Learning & Training Champion: Support in design and delivery of training programs, create learning materials and track progress.
• Project Facilitator: Support cross-departmental projects, assist with planning and milestone tracking, help with change communications
• Tech & IT Bridge: Link people function with IT, use HR platforms and LMS tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy for onboarding and system access
• Process Improvement Advocate: Assist with HR process improvements and documentation while ensuring ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
• Employee Experience Coordinator: Support engagement surveys, organize culture events, and enhance overall employee experience
• Quality Assurance Partner: Ensure HR activities maintain compliance with quality management system.

Required Qualifications: -
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Communication: Excellent written/verbal communication.
• Organization: Project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Tech Fluency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in technology environments with adaptability to new digital tools and platforms
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
