PROPERTY ADVISOR
Our client in the real estate sector is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Advisor to join their sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales process.

Requirements
- Drive property sales and meet monthly targets.
- Provide accurate property details to clients.
- Manage and update property listings.
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle (offers, payments, documentation).
- Assist with mortgage applications.
- Participate in marketing and sales events.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven real estate/property sales experience (MUST).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of mortgages and property transactions (advantage).
