We are looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands global markets, and is ready to drive our growth agenda to the next level.
π Key Responsibilities:
π Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion
π Build and nurture strong partnerships with international buyers, distributors, and stakeholders
π΅οΈ Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and inform competitive positioning
π£ Lead marketing campaigns, branding efforts, and represent the company in global trade exhibitions
π Qualifications & Experience:
π Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, International Trade, Agribusiness or related field
π MBA will be an added advantage
π Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in international sales (fresh produce exports preferred)
π Demonstrated success in new market penetration and product launches
π€ Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
