🔍 Key Responsibilities Include:

✅ Maintain and manage accurate and confidential employee records
✅ Draft employment contracts and HR documentation
✅ Support recruitment, onboarding, separation, and contract renewals
✅ Coordinate employee learning & development activities
✅ Administer staff welfare, health, safety, and benefits
✅ Track compliance with labor laws and company policies
✅ Support logistics, business licensing, stores & fleet coordination
✅ Manage employee performance systems & appraisals
✅ Ensure smooth facilitation of work permits and legal compliance
✅ Prepare reports and analyze HR-related data


🎓 Qualifications & Competencies:

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Business-related field (Higher Diploma in HR is an added advantage)
👥 Member of IHRM and preferably a registered HR practitioner
📌 Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in a busy environment
💼 Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
🧩 Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent in planning & communication
🌐 Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems
🌍 Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural setting
