π Key Responsibilities Include:

Maintain and manage accurate and confidential employee records
β
Draft employment contracts and HR documentation
β
Support recruitment, onboarding, separation, and contract renewals
β
Coordinate employee learning & development activities
β
Administer staff welfare, health, safety, and benefits
β
Track compliance with labor laws and company policies
β
Support logistics, business licensing, stores & fleet coordination
β
Manage employee performance systems & appraisals
β
Ensure smooth facilitation of work permits and legal compliance
β
Prepare reports and analyze HR-related data
π Qualifications & Competencies:
π Bachelorβs Degree in HR Management or Business-related field (Higher Diploma in HR is an added advantage)
π₯ Member of IHRM and preferably a registered HR practitioner
π Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in a busy environment
πΌ Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
π§© Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent in planning & communication
π Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems
π Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural setting
