Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Job Summary:
The COO oversees the day-to-day operational functions of the Medical Centres to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. This role focuses on optimizing processes, resource management, and operational performance while supporting clinical and administrative departments.
Qualifications:
• Educational background: Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Extensive Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital management.
• Proven Leadership & Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex operations, and make sound, independent strategic decisions.
